Revis

Revis was a relatively successful club band based in Carbondale, Illinois. So they packed up and moved to Los Angeles, changed their name to Revis, and ended up signing with Epic Records. Their album, Places For Breathing, hit the shelves in summer 2003

---- When the band had to change their name (from Orco), they picked their guitar tech's last name, and called themselves Revis
---- Revis spent summer 2003 touring with Pearl Jam, and a tour with Evanescence is keeping them busy through fall
---- If you pronounce their name reeeevisss, people will laugh at you - Revis actually rhymes with crevice
